NEW HOME

We are in our new home YAY

we built through Ivory homes and I have to say, we will never build with them again. First of all they are way expensive for small things. They require you to have so many upgrades like rain gutters...really, that doesn't just come with the house, but we have to have rain gutters so we had to do a upgrade. But overall I am happy with our home. We got our lawn put in already because if we didn't we would get a fine. We put curbing all around the house and now I have to plant things this summer after baby is born. We are currently finishing the basement for Kirinas new toy room and my new photography studio. I am so excited and so is Kirina!! I have no pictures to share of the house or anything because everything got erased from the laptop when I had to get it fixed! Oh well. Photos to come soon!!

ITS BEEN FOREVER

I haven't updated our blog in quit some time...why? Well I just haven't had time and our laptop was broken with several viruses. Had it fixed and now I can use the internet again!! YAY!!! Its been forever. So what has happened in the last year, since that is when I last posted ha ha! We finally got our home all built, all moved in, our grass in and now doing our basement before the new baby comes...Oh yeah..we are having a new baby BOY!! Anywho I will update more often and go into detail about everything this year in different posts! ENJOY 

Kirinas 2nd Birthday Party (minnie mouse theme)

AWWW, I cant believe it. My little girl is 2 years old...where the heck has the time gone! Kirina had a great great great birthday party. I did a Minnie Mouse themed Birthday Party, and it turned out AMAZING!!! I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out.  We had a huge bounce house there, and when I say huge I mean HUGE bounce house, it took up half the gym floor in the church. If you are looking for a super great price on bounce houses in Utah, look no further than "Get Your Bounce On" they are great great people to work with and great quality bounce houses. Also we had lots and lots and lots of goodies for people to munch on. We had Cake Pops, Candy Popcorn, Rock Candy, Taffy skewers, Sixlets, M&Ms, Butter cream Mints, Cup Cakes, Cookies, Bubble Gum and a beautiful Cake to top it off!!! We gave out the cutest THANK YOU favors. They where ChapSticks in a little see threw mesh bag, with diamonds in there and a metal thank you hanging from them. And also got Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse Key Chains for everyone.

I am so so happy with how it all turned out. And loads of thanks to my husband for helping provide me with everything I needed to make this party amazing!!! And all the people who helped make treats!!!

Halloween Fun!!!

Halloween came so fast this year, I cant believe it!!! This year Kirina was suppose to be Minnie Mouse and Kaizer was suppose to be a dinosaur. But Kaizer grew to dang fast and no longer fit into his costume and well with Kirina we had a pirate bday party to go to and after seeing how cute she was in it I had to show her off to all my friends in it!! She sure loved all the attention she got from door to door with how cute she was. She was SOOO cute at all the doors. She finally started saying "Trick or Treat" and it was so cute because it was not clear but you could tell that is what she was saying. And after getting candy she would say thank you and walk on over to the next house. I do know she loved what was going on and loved getting candy from house to house. After doing our neighborhood, we went up to Pleasant View to see my family and friends.  We had so much fun and Kirina loved it. Cant wait til next year!!! Hopefully its as nice of weather as it was this year :) 60 degrees the whole night!! PERFECT

My really really good friends the Raitts live by my parents and Tatum is one of my friends baby girl who just happened to be there and dressed the same. So cute!!!

NO CAVATIES FOR THIS GIRL

I decided I'd better get Kirina to get her first dental apt. You are suppose to go in right when they get there first teeth, but I don't see the point in that. So I waited til she had more teeth. Plus if any of you know Kirina, you know she eats allot of candy, so I wanted to make sure she didn't have any cavities! We went to the cutest dental office. It was space themed, and wow, it was cool looking. You walk in and the front desk was this huge space ship. They had really awesome lights all over that made it look like stars and had doors that opened up like a space ship. So cute, and Kirina really liked it, she was going crazy from all the cool things in there. She went from room to room to check everything out. And the assistant was great and the dentist was way great and so nice!! She sat through getting a        x-ray and getting her teeth cleaned. I held her the whole time because she was a little scared at first but she didn't bite them and didn't fight them to open her mouth! I'm glad she really likes to brush her teeth and she like to "floss" as well. She doesn't know what it is yet, but she like to take the string and string it out of her mouth like mommy and daddy do! The X-Ray looked great and she has 8 more teeth that need to come down and all look to be in the right place :) After a cleaning and a exam, the dentist said she had healthy teeth and NO CAVITIES!!! So we went out and got her a toy, and hopefully we will keep that up as long as she keeps getting no cavities as she gets older!

KIRINA BALLERINA

We have enrolled Kirina into dance classes! Yes, they do dance classes for children that young. And yes, she loves it, and no they don't teach them competition dancing....more like little tea pot and etc etc. She does 30 min of dance and 30 min of tumbling! She is so cute with all the other little girls in her class. They all love to run around and copy each other, its so funny to watch them all. Kirina has become great at pointing her toes, jumping and spinning around! They also incorporate colors, numbers and ABC's into everything they do! Jared has come a few times and thinks its funny only him and another dad come and both always feel so out of place. But who cares about being silly when your child is having fun and learning! Her tumbling class she has learned to do a somersault and jump real high on the tramp. There is also this mat this is kind of jumpy that your run on and are suppose to do tricks while running, and then jump on a springy thing and land some sort of trick. Well Kirina loves to just run on it and pretend to jump on the spring and touch the wall. She sees older kids do it, so of course she has to do it too!! She also really loves to do the balance beam, and she is actually really awesome at it. But now everywhere she goes and she sees a slim piece of curb or wood or anything she feels the need to go and balance on it! Oh how I love her!

OUR NEW HOUSE!!!

Well after almost 2 years of renting we have finally decided to build :) yay
we are building through IVORY homes and are sooo happy with them! They do this program where they fix credit and that's just what they did with us. In a few days we will be debt free besides our new car and our house :) I couldn't be happier, and in a few days our home will be done! It was suppose to be done in December, but they put it up so dang fast that it will be done now in October. They started on August 17th so that's about a 2 month time period. That's FAST!! I cant wait to start our new life in a few short weeks! The people were great and the lady we have been working with is AMAZING! I cant even begin to tell you how incredible she is, she has helped us through allot!!!  Here is the progress of our home!
