Fourth of July

Fourth of July 2012

This years Fourth of July was so fun. We went to Riverdales Parade to watch Jareds' Nephew, Mason in the bike parade. It was so cute. They got to decorate the bikes and ride them down the street. We cant wait to do that with Kirina.
Last year Kirina was only 2 months old, so this year it was much funner. Kirina loved the parade, and loved picking up the candy. She LOVES LOVES LOVES candy, we have to hide our candy from her or she will eat it all. After the parade we rested and went to Jareds grandparents home. They do a dinner every year for all of us. Its very nice.
Last year we got a cute picture of Kirina and Carson with there great grandpa Swallow, and we did it again this year. Hopefully we can keep that up each year!
We went to fireworks in Clearfield, they had a bunch of fun things for kids to do while we waited. And the firework show lasted 38 min and Kirina was hooked the whole time. She loves fireworks. She is so funny, we took her up to Pleasant View to see them for PV days, and the whole time she would point to them and make funny noises. But in Clearfield we were surrounded by a ton of people, and children, so Kirina had a blast playing with the other kids. We bought her, her own lite savor sword, because she kept pointing to them, its a pretty sweet one too, it flashes a bunch of different colors and has 4 patterns of light shows it does. On the way home she had it in the back and turned it on, and Jared freaked out because he thought he was getting pulled over....I thought it was hilarious, but he didn't find that funny at all. I love spending time with Jared and Kirina, We always have so much fun.

I Know, I have to cutest girl in the world

Brock And Kirina

Brock absolutely loved Kirina, He didn't leave her side the entire time! He would say Kirina come here, Kirina hurry, Kirina come play. They were to cute :)
For those who do not know, Brock is Jareds' first child. He was placed for adoption right when he was born, and thankfully Jared has been able to keep in contact with the adoptive family. Jared introduced me to Brock on his 2nd birthday and I instantly fell in love with this little boy. The adoptive family lives close by us, so we get to see them quite a bit. Once we had Kirina, the adoptive mother and I had decided that we should get there pictures taken of both of them. Once I got a camera we did some of them agian in the summer when Kirina was older and able to interact with Brock. We had so much fun taking them. We went to Memorial Park in Salt Lake City, Once Brock saw Kirina he said " Mom looks, its my sister" it was so cute. We only got a few photos because they were to excited with everything around them and playing in the river and such. Brock was so cute with Kirina and so was his older brother Brayden. Once we ended up leaving Brock asked his mom if he could take Kirina home with him. They were so cute with each other and seemed to have a great connection. The adoptive mom tells me Brock still talks about Kirina so much and wants to look at her pictures all the time. Thankfully they live close by and can have play dates :)

So Dang CUTE!!! We think they look alike :)
