Swallow Family: Valentines Day :)

Valentines Day this year was allot of fun. I was surprised with BEAUTIFUL flowers and lots and lots and lots of chocolates. (Jared knows me pretty well) Unfortunately Jared had to work that day, so I got to spend the first part of my Valentines day with Kirina :) Jared came home to surprise Kirina with a huge huge teddy bear (which she is in love with) that is bigger then she is, and with some flowers for her. What a great dad he is. Later on we went to the swimming pool to see how Kirina would react. She was so so so excited once she saw this huge pool with water splashing everywhere. Once her feet touched the water, she was a little scared. It was a little chilly, and I think she might have thought it was a giant tub. But that didn't stop Jared from taking her in the deep end and start swimming with her. She had lots of fun once she was warmed up. Jared took her down the big big slide, and didn't make it down very fast....in fact he got a little stuck and had to push himself down the slide. Kirina had no idea what he was trying to do. So I went down the slide with her, and it was so fast, I fell right onto my back, and once we hit the water, both Kirina and I were dunked under the water. She did not mind that one bit. She had a huge smile on her face!! Jared decided to try it again, and this time he went much faster. Were not sure why he didn't go down smoothly the first time, but he kept going on it, and those two had lots of fun. Kirina was a little scared of the splashing water in the little kid section, and was terrified by the frog statues. After she threw a fit from being next to the scary frogs, we went into the hot tub and got nice and warm and left to go get ready for mine and Jareds date. Thanks to Jareds sister, we got to go out to dinner for the first time by ourselves in awhile. It was very nice. We went to GoodWood, and got a free appetizer because our waiter mixed up ours with someone Else's, so that was nice :) After that we picked up Kirina and came home and watched a movie together as a family!!! It was a very nice Valentines!!
